Terms & Conditions
All prices are quoted in EUR and are PER VILLA PER DAY.
All payments should be made by credit cards or bank deposit free of bank expenses at least 30Days prior to clients’ arrival.
ERKINA VILLAS reserves the right to cancel reservations or refuse to honour vouchers if the agreed payment will not reach us on time.
Cancelation fees:
- Non show clients 100% cancelation fees for all periods.
- Low Season, 50% cancelation fees if cancelation notice will reach us at least 10Days prior the arrival Middle Season 50% cancelation fees if cancelation notice will reach us at least 20Days prior the arrival High & Peak Season 50% cancelation fees if cancelation notice will reach us at least 35Days prior the arrival.
- No complaints for services rendered will be acknowledged after clients’ departure from ERKINA VILLAS.
