Property location & Area description

Ipsos is a 2 km long beach towards the north of the island which was originally a small fishing village, gradually through the years with careful development has become one of the most modern and ecological holiday towns of its kind. It is actually one of the oldest resorts in the whole of Greece.

It is 15 minutes away from Corfu port - airport and Corfu Town and it is considered to be a lively resort while there are quiet parts of it as well.

Daytime you can lay back and sun bake or take advantage of the numerous sports you can do such as: water ski, sailing, scuba diving, windsurfing, fishing, mountain biking, trekking, paragliding, bodybuilding etc while at night you can either choose to have a meal in one of the many restaurants or just a snack in a fast food place and then have a quiet drink by the beach or a noisy one in one of the bars or clubs.

This place offers you a great amount of choices which sometimes are very contradictive to one another. But that's the beauty of Ipsos. It's the place that will never bore you. It stands nearly in the middle of the island so you can have easy reach to all island amenities, to archaeological sites, to the real greek villages or to the cosmopolitan Corfu Town.

Every other resort is within easy reach as well.

Deposit & Cancellation policy

The deposit we request is 30 % .

 

According to the Greek National Tourism Organisation, here is our cancellation policy:

    * Cancellations prior to 21 days before arrival are free of charge. ( we refund the deposit, minus any bank transaction fees)
    * For cancellations after 20 days before arrival amount equal to 30% of the total reservation cost is required.
    * For cancellations at the day of check-in (no-shows) amount equal to 50% of the total reservation cost is required.
    * Early departure penalty is equal to 50% of the remaining stay.
