Nikos and his family guarantee a warm welcome to all of their quests at the Kouvaras complex, in Sidari. The apartments and the studios are situated in the southern most point of Sidari in the area called Melitsa, near the famousCanal D amour and Apotripiti beach.

Property Description

The accommodation has a beautiful big garden yard, with many flowers and many olive trees. It’s an ideal location for those looking for a peaceful base near to the lively resort of Sidari.  It is a family-run business that operates successfully since 1990, with they key ingredients being warm hospitality and the exceptional quality of the services we provide.

Its tranquil and calm environment is ideal for those seeking to relax and leave the city behind. Additionally its proximity to the village’s lively centre offers you the opportunity to enjoy your stay in Sidari, by participating in a variety of activities.

The accommodation is simple and traditional but comfortable and well maintained by the family who live within the complex. The building has 2 floors. On the ground floor, are the 2 bedroom apartments up to 5 adults, and on the first floor, 3 one bedroom apartments, (separate the bedroom with the cuisine) up to 3 adults.

All the apartments have shower, WC, fully equipment kitchen, and balcony/terrace. All rooms have garden, and country views. Bed – linen and bathroom towels are provided and changed twice a week. Three times per week cleaning. Rental minimum for one week.

    * Free fans in all the rooms.

    * FREE bicycle courtesy of Mr Nickos, so you can cycle along mountains and beautiful coastlines, through picturesque villages and to Corfu’s most pristine beaches, using mainly quiet and minor roads through century old olive groves, and covering an amazing variety of scenery and featuring the most beautiful and interesting parts of Corfu Island.

The deposit is 30 %.

According to the Greek National Tourism Organisation, here is our cancellation policy:

    * Cancellations prior to 21 days before arrival are free of charge. ( we refund the deposit, minus any bank transaction fees)
    * For cancellations after 20 days before arrival amount equal to 30% of the total reservation cost is required.
    * For cancellations at the day of check-in (no-shows) amount equal to 50% of the total reservation cost is required.
    * Early departure penalty is equal to 50% of the remaining stay.
