Leta apartments are locate it in Agios Georgios beach, South of Corfu Island, just before of Argyrades village, at Korission lake region. The distance from Corfu -Korfu town ( capital city ) is 43 km.

The driving time to get there its about 60 minutes. The apartments are just 50 meters from one of the island's largest and attractive sandy beaches, where you can spend relaxing hours with refreshing dives, and colourful sunsets nights in front of you.

Agios Georgios is a lovely spot of the South, ideal for couples and families looking for quite and convenient location. A nice to explore near by is the Lake Korission. Lake Korission is a beautiful saltwater lagoon in south-west Corfu about 40 kms from Corfu Town.

This is an area of great natural beauty and is home to rare vegetation and to hundreds of different types of birds, some of them rare species. You will find curlews, great white egrets, oyster birds, widgeons and cormorants. There are wonderful views in this area - between Lake Korission and the sea is beautiful Halikounas Beach and inland you can see Mt Agios Matheos. The lagoon is surrounded by lush green vegetation including a small forest of cedar and juniper trees.

 

Property Description

The house is facing the local road from one side and the magnificent view of the beach from the other side.

It consists of two x one bedroom apartments and one studio with kitchenette corner.

1. The sea view apartment ( 64 m2 ) can accommodate up to 5 persons. ( 2 in the double bedroom and 3 in the living room).
2. The road view apartment ( 60 m2 ) with front yard, can accommodate up to 4 persons. ( 2 in the double bedroom and 2 in the living room).
3. Finally the sea view studio ( 25 m2)  can sleep 2 adults.

Deposit & Cancellation policy

A deposit of 25% is required within 5 (five) working days after confirmation of reservation has been given. The deposit can be paid either by remitting the money to my bank account, or online by credit card.

After receiving the deposit, we will send you the reservation voucher and the receipt for the payment.

According to the Greek National Tourism Organisation, here is our cancellation policy:

• Cancellations prior to 21 days before arrival are free of charge.( we refund the deposit )
  
• For cancellations after 20 days before arrival amount equal to 25% of the total reservation cost is required.
• For cancellations at the day of check-in (no-shows) amount equal to 50% of the total reservation cost is required. Early departure penalty is equal to 50% of the remaining stay.
