Garnelis' House and Villa Alkmini  is located in the north-east part of Corfu, overlooking to Albanians' mountain, is also close to the main road (4 minutes walk), to Ag.Stefanos (10 minutes by car) and Kerasia (15 minutes walking through the olives-groves) where is Rothschild villa where the Royal Family have spent their holidays the recent years

All bedrooms have got balconies, two of them are overlooking to the front of the house and the sea and one of them to the back to the hill side.

Ground floor:

A full fitted kitchen with fridge and freezer , WC with shower and air conditioned area with dining room, sitting room, fireplace and SAT TV. The house has also got telephone (local calls), large garden with sun beds, 1 swimming pool (11m x 5m) for adults and 1 small (3m x 4m) for kids where also a Jacuzzi, shower area, barbeque area and private parking.

According to the Greek National Tourism Organisation, here is our cancellation policy:

* Cancellations prior to 21 days before arrival are free of charge. ( we refund the deposit, minus any bank transaction fees)

* For cancellations after 20 days before arrival amount equal to 30% of the total reservation cost is required.

* For cancellations at the day of check-in (no-shows) amount equal to 50% of the total reservation cost is required.

* Early departure penalty is equal to 50% of the remaining stay.
